Complete Customer Isolation: All customer data, usage metrics, and API requests are completely isolated per customer account. Your data is never shared with or accessible by other customers. Each customer operates in their own isolated environment with dedicated resources and data storage.

5.2 Data Location

Your data is stored on AWS servers in various regions globally. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

5.3 Data Retention

• Account information: Retained while your account is active
• Usage logs: Retained for 12 months for billing and analytics
• Payment data: Managed by Stripe according to their retention policies
